description de l'évènement: The organizing committee invites you to participate in the VIII Regional Congress of Radiation and Nuclear Safety IRPA and the V National Congress of Radiological Protection DSSA, which will be held from 11 to 15 October 2010 in Medellin, Colombia. VIII Regional Congress of Radiation and Nuclear Safety, IRPA, is the most important throughout Latin America, whose events have been held in: Buenos Aires – 1991, Zacatecas – 1993, Cusco – 1995, La Habana – 1997, Recife – 2001, Lima – 2003, Acapulco - 2006 and its continuity is critical to the development of radiation protection and nuclear safety in the region.

The aim of this congress is to allow updating and sharing of knowledge on topics of interest, thereby promoting the research potential and scientific and technical development of radiation protection and nuclear safety.

The active participation of the community through the delivery and quality of their work will ensure the success of the event, joined by the work of the committees and the participation of sponsors.

The value of registration includes: identification tag, certificates, coffee break and lunch.
